Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing: All orders are carefully packed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days.
  • Delivery Timeframes: Begin after processing is complete and vary by your selected service:
    • Standard Shipping (DHL / FedEx): 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
    • Free Shipping (EMS): 15-25 business days after dispatch. Available automatically on all orders over $50.

Please note: These are estimated transit times. Delays due to customs or unforeseen carrier events are possible but uncommon.

The Detailed Return Process

Follow these steps for an efficient return, getting you back to the water or the tying bench with minimal delay.

1 Initiate Your Request (Within 15 Days)

Please contact our support team before sending any items back. Email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your Order Number
  • Date of Delivery
  • Item(s) for return/exchange
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Your preferred resolution (refund or specific exchange)
  • Your full name and shipping address

We will respond with authorization, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if needed, and the correct return address.

2 Package and Ship Your Return

  • Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation.
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA number inside the package.
  • Ship the package to the address we provide (our headquarters: 3370 Glory Road, Nashville, US 37210, or a designated facility) using a trackable and insured service.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

3 Refund or Exchange Processing

Upon receipt, our team will inspect returned items with the same care we use to select our materials.

  • Refunds: Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
  • Exchanges: Due to inventory variability (especially with unique tube fly materials and fly tying accessories), we recommend processing a return and placing a new order for the fastest service. If an exchange is strictly preferred, we will process it upon availability and notify you of any price differences.

Products We Cannot Accept for Return

To ensure the safety, quality, and integrity of our specialized products for all anglers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items, consistent with industry standards for personal and consumable goods:

  • Opened or Used Fly Tying Materials: This includes any chenille, feathers & marabou, tube fly materials, or other consumable tying materials that have been removed from their original packaging, cut, or altered. The nature of these materials makes them non-resalable once opened.
  • Personalized or Custom-Ordered Items: Any product customized, assembled to order, or personalized specifically for you (e.g., custom-tied fly sets, engraved tools).
  • Final Sale Items: Any product explicitly marked as “Final Sale” on our website at the time of purchase.

This policy protects the next angler, ensuring they receive materials that are pristine and perfect for their craft, just as you would expect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent the incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will cover all shipping costs associated with the return and replacement. Please provide photos of the product and its packaging to help us resolve the issue swiftly.
