Once we authorize your return and provide the return address (our headquarters at 3370 Glory Road, Nashville, US 37210, or a designated facility), please:

  1. Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation.
  2. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA number we provide (if applicable) inside the package.
  3. Ship the package using a trackable and insured service. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Step 3: Refund or Exchange Processing

Upon receipt at our facility, our team will inspect the returned items with the same meticulous attention we give to selecting our feathers & marabou.

Products We Cannot Accept for Return

  • Personalized or Custom-Ordered Items: Any product that has been customized, assembled to order, or personalized specifically for you (e.g., custom-tied fly sets, engraved tools).
  • Final Sale Items: Any product explicitly marked as “Final Sale” on our website at the time of purchase.
